Family cover benefit is E20,000.00 at E72.00
Condolence cover for family premium and benefit determined by age of the member. Claimant must have a bank confirmation letter of account or a bank statement which indicates the account holders name and account number.

Condolence fund / Extended Family, Relatives Cover
- Each nominated parent is E5 000.00, received by member after death of the covered parent @ E12.00 monthly premium per biological parent.
Relatives - Example Uncle
- He/she should have his own cover and you as a member legible to pay E42.00 on behalf of the relative, this package come with the benefits of a principal member meaning spouse and six (6) children are covered

Waiting Period for Burial Claims
- Member is one (1) month
- Dependants is twelve (12) months
When changing premium cover to another waiting period is six (6) months, for instance if your parent was covered for E5 000.00 then you decide to change cover to E12 000 therefore waiting period is 6 months after change to new bracket.
